To respect the time of our artists and other guests, we maintain a strict 48-hour cancellation policy.

Notice Required

• More than 48 hours — cancel or reschedule at no charge.
• Within 48 hours — a 50% service fee applies.
• No-shows — full service fee applies.

Bridal & Group Bookings

Bridal and group bookings require a non-refundable deposit and follow a separate cancellation schedule communicated at booking.
